At SAVE Classes, we aim to provide students with quality educational courses and services. Since many of our courses provide immediate access to digital educational content, including recorded lectures, study material and test series, our refund policy is designed accordingly.
1. Online / Recorded Courses
Once access to a digital or recorded course has been activated or course content has been made available to the student, the course fee is generally non-refundable.
This is because digital educational content may be accessed, viewed, downloaded or otherwise used immediately after activation.
2. Before Course Activation
If a student has made a payment but the course access has not yet been activated or made available, the student may contact SAVE Classes to request cancellation/refund.
Any such request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, subject to applicable law and the terms of the particular course.
3. Duplicate Payment
If the same transaction has been successfully charged more than once due to a technical or payment-processing error, the duplicate amount may be refunded after verification.
4. Payment Successful but Course Not Activated
If payment has been successfully completed but course access has not been provided due to a technical or administrative issue, the student should contact us immediately.
We will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue and provide access. Where access cannot reasonably be provided, the matter may be considered for an appropriate refund or alternative resolution.
5. Technical Issues
Temporary technical problems, internet connectivity issues, device-related problems or third-party platform interruptions will not automatically qualify for a refund.
Students should contact our support team so that reasonable assistance can be provided.
6. Face-to-Face Courses
Fees paid for face-to-face courses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of admission/enrolment.
Once the batch/classes have commenced, fees are generally not refundable, except where SAVE Classes determines otherwise or where a refund is required under applicable law.
7. Test Series and Study Material
Fees paid for test series, study material, PDFs or other digital educational products are generally non-refundable once the material or service has been delivered or access has been provided.
8. Promotional Offers and Discounts
Courses purchased under special promotional offers, discounted plans, bundled packages or limited-period offers may be subject to specific refund or cancellation conditions communicated at the time of purchase.
9. Refund Processing
Where a refund is approved, it will normally be processed through the original payment method or another appropriate method.
The time taken for the amount to reflect in the student's account may depend on the payment gateway, bank or financial institution.
10. No Refund for Change of Mind
A refund will generally not be provided merely because a student:
- Changes their mind after purchase
- Does not wish to continue the course
- Does not attend classes
- Does not watch the recorded lectures
- Fails to use the study material or test series
- Purchases the wrong course due to the student's own error
Students are therefore advised to carefully check the course details, syllabus, faculty, attempt applicability and facilities before making payment.
11. Exceptional Circumstances
If a student believes that there are exceptional circumstances requiring consideration of a refund, they may contact SAVE Classes with the relevant details and supporting documents.
Each request will be reviewed fairly and in accordance with the applicable terms and law.
